Our new procedures
To comply with safety guidelines, we are offering pre-booked appointments only at this time. Please be assured we have implemented strict Covid-safe measures across all our sites, as outlined below. We look forward to safely seeing you soon.
Pre-screening questionnaire
Upon booking an appointment, you will receive a questionnaire which you will need to complete in advance of your visit, to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
Temperature Checks
On arrival, all visitors will have their temperature taken by contactless equipment and access will only be granted if a normal result is displayed.
Hand sanitiser
Hand sanitiser is provided at all our sites and must be used before and after your visit.
Face covering
The wearing of face masks is mandatory when attending an appointment with a member of our team, unless you are medically exempt. Please arrive with a clean face covering.
Private Show Home Visits
We can only allow one household at a time to visit our sales suites and show homes. Your tour of our show homes will not be accompanied by our sales executives. If you wish to make a reservation or discuss anything with our sales team, we can accommodate you in our separate sales suites.
Additional Safety Measures
Where necessary, perspex screens have been installed in our sales suites. Windows and doors will remain open for ventilation, where possible. At all our sites you will find signage reminding you of the safety procedures.
Enhanced Cleaning
All touchpoints such as door handles, kitchen handles, and work surfaces, are sanitised between appointments. A sterile clean of our show homes and sales suites is carried out on a weekly basis.
