Divisional Managing Director
We are looking for a well organised, confident individual with excellent communication skills to work in our office in the North West.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to all incoming enquiries from our customers. They will log defects and issues onto the customer care system and monitor progress through to completion.
You will book appointments, order materials and manage the Maintenance Operative's diary as well as liaising with all sub-contractors and site teams.
You must be able to work well under pressure, prioritise your workload and remain calm in challenging situations.
As a new Division and new role, additional administrative duties helping the other Departments will be required.
