The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Oaklands Park, our upcoming development in Morley.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and customer-focused buying experience, guiding purchasers from their initial enquiry through reservation, exchange, and completion.

Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Construction, and Head Office, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Building strong relationships with prospective purchasers and understanding their individual requirements.
  • Presenting our homes, development, specifications, and available options confidently and accurately.
  • Managing enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, reservations, and ongoing purchaser communication.
  • Working closely with the Site Manager and wider team to ensure customers receive accurate and timely updates.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and sales information within our systems.
  • Working towards agreed sales targets while maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service.
  • Ensuring the sales process is managed in line with company procedures, NHQB requirements, and relevant compliance standards.
  • Using high-quality digital tools, property visuals, and marketing materials to help customers understand and visualise their new home.

You’ll be joining a supportive, close-knit team where collaboration matters, and everyone plays a part in delivering the high standard of service our customers expect from Duchy Homes.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced new homes Sales Executive who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine focus on the customer experience.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in new homes sales.
  • NHQB training and a strong understanding of the New Homes Quality Code.
  • A thorough understanding of the homebuying journey, from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of the compliance requirements associated with selling new homes.
  • A customer-first approach and the ability to build positive, trusted relationships.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple customers, enquiries, and priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach to following up leads and progressing sales.
  • The confidence to work independently while collaborating closely with Sales, Construction, and Head Office colleagues.
  • A professional, approachable manner and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
