Land Requirements
We seek land that has prospects to be granted planning consent for new build residential development in the short to medium or medium to long term.
We have identified your land as having good planning prospects and we would welcome the opportunity to explore the appropriate planning strategy in further detail.
We can offer a variety of purchase mechanisms and we can tailor a deal structure to best match your personal circumstances and aspirations.
We can also reach agreement on a joint venture, where Duchy Homes would partner with one or more parties, or a hybrid agreement (very similar to an option agreement).

We have a highly experienced and established team with a wealth of land, planning, design, and housebuilding knowledge. Once the site has achieved successful planning status, we will manage the purchase process and work closely you to positive conclusion of the purchase.
